The Problem
At Wix, while acting as team lead, I noticed the social team was bottlenecked, every brief moved one at a time through the same slow process, and demand kept outpacing what the team could realistically produce. Nothing was broken exactly, but the system wasn't built for the volume being asked of it.
The Result
20+ assets produced in 3 days, with platform-specific direction baked in from the start.
An unplanned bonus: since the sprint sat at the top of each month, it created a content buffer, so when briefs got delayed or postponed elsewhere, the team already had a bank of ready posts to fall back on, which smoothed out the whole production calendar.
The Approach
I designed a monthly sprint structured at the start of each month to batch-produce lighter, faster content in advance. Before each sprint, I gathered inspiration, relevant reels, carousels, and formats, and mapped out which content suited which platform. I ran the sprint end-to-end: structure, roles, execution.
Part of the goal wasn't just output, it was shifting how the team approached social work. Not every brief needs the same level of polish, and teaching that distinction mattered as much as the assets themselves.
